Hi, just waiting payday and will most definitley be taking policy for me and my partner. I have been trying to remember the name of this company for a while now, going back about 18 months i was working for a large recovery company based in Doncaster, the company sub-contracted to the likes of AA,Green Flag R.A.C etc.
One night i received a job to a breakdown on the A1 north close to the new a1/m1 link, when i arrived the car (toyota yaris) was beyond repair (crank knocking) the young girl was very upset as she was on her way to Darlington, returning to uni. I called controll to inform the car req recovery and waited uneasily for authorisation as she'd already told me she'd only bought cover the day before and i'd not heard of the company before, when she told me how much she'd paid i prepared for the "you've got 10 miles recovery ....then you pay per mile" scenario that i hated.
The reply came back immediately "where would she like to go? home or to her original destination?"
I was gobsmacked when i was told take her home to Nuneaton , she told me the name but like a pudding forgot it. No longer working forthe company now, i feel credit where its due and i am real honestly!!! this company is fantastic
